Rite Aid is a joke
Sep. 3rd, 2004 03:51 pmI normally go to Sav-On for my prescriptions because it is open 24 hours, and they have enough staff to get shit done in a reasonable amount of time. When I first moved into my house, Rite Aid was right up on the hill, so I went there. Well, last night I was shopping there, so I dropped off a prescription for some new steroid cream for my ears. Even though the girl had it in her hand, she said I had to come back "tomorrow" (today) to pick it up. The pharmacy doesn't open until 9 a.m.
Okay, fine, my stupidity for not getting in the car, and driving all the way to Mission Viejo to fill my prescription at Sav-On.
So this morning, I decided to go there before coming into work. They still didn't have it ready, and the guy decided to try and be a dick to me. He mumbled, "well you told her you'd never been here." I said, "Excuse me? I certainly did not. I've been here before, but it'd been awhile. My insurance is the same, but I also provided her with my card."
So then he tries to tell me that my insurance information isn't working, so I provide him with my card again. He said, "Well this isn't what she wrote in her notes, you must have given her the wrong information." I said, "Excuse me? I only have one insurance card, why would I give her the wrong information?"
What a bunch of idiots. Never again, from now on - all prescriptions are worth the drive to Mission Viejo.
On the positive side, I FINALLY found foundation that has a light consistency, and yet keeps my oily forehead and nose in check! It's new by Covergirl of all brands and it's called True Match or something like that. Rite Aid had it on sale, and I had a coupon.
