I'm calling bullshit

Okay this view might not be so popular given the political affiliations of my flist here, but oh well.

Michael Fucking Morales was condemned in 1983 for killing 17-year-old Terri Winchell, who was attacked with a hammer, stabbed, raped, drug around face down on the ground and left to die half-naked in a vineyard. Morales had plotted the killing with a gay cousin who was jealous of Winchell's relationship with another man. The cousin was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Naturally, he's been eating three squares a day with a roof over his head and not having to pay taxes ever since. In fact, my fucking taxes having been paying to feed this sorry ass waste of human flesh while his lawyers drag one excuse after another through our legal system. (Yes I do believe in our appeals system, but 23 years on death row seems a bit excessive.)

Now his death penalty has been postponed indefinately because the lethal injection drugs might sting a bit in like 3% of the people who are killed by lethal injection? Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
