Note to anyone leaving a message on my phone:

If you are:

(1) An angry merchant, who
(2) cannot speak English very well, who
(3) decides to leave me a voice mail threatening to sue my company if I do not help you, and
(4) tells me your company name in such a rush that I cannot even comprehend what you're saying...

Leave me your friggin phone number.


Also, as a customer service heads up:

If you are being reamed by a fraudulent company and they keep taking money out of your bank account:

(1) close the bank account, and
(2) make up a letter on attorney paperwork and fax it in with a threat to sue.

That will get their attention.
