Steven G. Mihaylo, a 1969 alumnus and telecom tycoon, is giving $30 million to Cal State Fullerton — it’s biggest donation ever — to help build its business school.
It’s the fourth-largest gift in the Cal State system and matches the largest single gift given to a university in Orange County.
The $87.5 million building will house the College of Business and Economics and will be dubbed Steven G. Mihaylo Hall. The university’s board of trustees is expected to approve the building name later this month.
Mihaylo was previously the school’s largest donor with a contribution of $4.5 million in 2004

Jan. 3rd, 2008 10:37 pmThe news has been telling me all about the MASSIVE storms that are due ANY MINUTE NOW. Fire stations are on red alert because of possible landslides and they have set up not only sandbags, but conctete BARRIORS for the pending doom that is water falling from the sky.
Question - WHERE IS THE RAIN? This seems like more of the last two STORM WATCHES - all scare tactics and no rain.
While I don't want the people near the recent firestorms to lose their homes to landslides, we are in VEY bad need of rain. When is it going to rain for goodness sakes?
