Oh my gosh I am so smart

So as mentioned in a previous post, I am sick and tired of getting mail addressed to my formerly married name.

I hate it not just because it's my ex's name, but it is a LOATHFUL name that I dreaded every day that I had to spell it, repeat it, or speak it slowly so people could understand. When people asked me to spell it, I either got the Bambi in the headlights look, or their eyes would glaze over in confusion. Those that know me, know I have a simple, can't screw it up, last name.

It dawned on me last night to permanently OPT-IT OUT. So I went to the website today and chose to permanently opt-out of getting credit card offers to the screwed up Dutch name.
