leftovers

So the spaghetti with Italian sausage wasn't that hot for dinner the other night and its really not that swell now for leftovers lunch. Had I had chicken, I would have used the sausage for its original intention: my chicken, sausage and wild rice casserole. I know it's good in Italian restaurants, but this is just Ragu and sausage. Blech! It's like a clusterfuck in a plastic dish.

Oh well. Waste not want not, or some shit like that.

I finished my financial paperwork for tonight's class. That was hard! Thankfully I just opened my credit union page and plugged in numbers from there but I didn't really ever realize how much my car insurance seems to fluctuate.
