Monday morning musings
Aug. 18th, 2008 08:24 amMrs. Field's filed bankruptcy. I guess people really are starting to listen to the obesity warnings. (Ha ha, just kidding there.)
I'm starting to get e-mails back from DJ's and they are listing lighting information. Unfortunately since I haven't been a regular at nightclubs in a very long time, I don't know what most of these things are. I guess some face to face meetings will be in order. I'll need pictures, lots and lots of pictures.
I've noticed my hair is falling out much less since I got it cut. I guess maybe it was the weight and pulling a comb through my hair longer that pulled more hair out or something. I don't know, it's just a really nice feeling to only lose a little bit of hair when I comb it after a shower. (And yes, I use a very wide tooth soft comb.)
I went back and skimmed through the MPA program and I have to make my decision about spring in the next few weeks as the cutoff for applications is October 1st. Yikes. And I would need to choose a concentration - options are criminal justice, human resources, public finance (yeah right), and urban management (not really sure what that is.) I'm guessing that HR would be my best guess, but urban management may be a close second just from reading the class list for it.
