Finally

I paid some bills last night and decided that yeah, I need to and can afford to go to my beloved hair gal and get my hair cut (fixed, not cut shorter) and colored and highlighted. I am going to go lighter, which makes it easier for the gray to be less obvious as well as summer is coming. And considering what some of you gals have posted about how much your hair gals cost, I guess I have been a Scrooge to think mine was too expensive.

While I couldn't get this Saturday, I can get next Wednesday the 20th at 6 PM. Since Lost will be over, I am jazzed to be getting it done.

I am driving my old 64 1/2 Ford Mustang and I am up in Big Bear. I get on a straightaway and gun the engine and drive right off the side of the cliff, continuing to pound the gas pedal as I soar into the air in slow motion.

I think about my life and my passions as I hurtle towards the ground and the dream either ends in a firey explosion, or I just go poof/black like in the old road runner cartoons.

I used to have this dream all the time, now it happens about once a year. It actually leaves me feeling quite peaceful.
