In honor of summer, it feels like an oven outside. Weatherchannel.com says Fullerton is 97. My car thermostat said 104. I guess its somewhere in there. It was 80 degrees at 7:30 AM.

At least its a dry heat right? (What we wouldn't give for a little rain over here to moisten the parched desert that is So Cal.) And yet the midwest is underwater and would love for some dry heat I would imagine.

I had a productive lunch break in deposting the $100 bill I have been toting around since the survey Wednesday night, got gas at Costco ($4.47 for the cheap stuff) and went to Burger King with another, "buy a small fries and drink and get a whopper for free." The clerk even messed it up and printed me off two receipts. Guess that means two more coupons huh? Oh yeah.

Torture project from hell didn't ruin my day after all, or at least, not the entire day because I just finished it. Okay well so it's almost 5 and it took most of my day, but its done, I did it all by myself, and I am still alive and not cussing!

YAY!!!

NOW back to what I WAS PLANNING ON WORKING ON, which is read through the pile of newspapers on my desk. Woot. I did the profile yesterday and I finished all of the assignments and stage changes that came through. The UAresearch folder is EMPTY!!!!!

Mexican food for dinner, time with my man, and this weekend's mission is to ORDER wedding invitations and see if that website I got to do the really cool maps actually is free for the DIY and I will do that too. Oh, and finish loading the guest list into my Knot page.

Oh yeah, and I want to try out my SEWING MACHINE! (Which answers an email I got from [profile] ocnativesfriend.) Chris got it for me for my last *cough cough* birthday, but I am always busy. *hangs head*
