It seems like gas prices are plumeting

And of course, I already have an almost full tank of gas, but hopefully they will continue this way.

Yesterday, the Exxon/Mobil by campus was $4.19 for the cheap stuff.

This morning, it was $4.09. Holy batshit Batman!

So I am curious to see if the Fullerton Costco is under $4, but there is no need to drive over to Harbor Blvd. to check a gas price when I have an almost full tank. 

On a much lighter note...

I was in the kitchen heating up soup for lunch. One of the admins walked in and we chatted a bit. Then I asked her a question and got a funny response:

Me: "So there is a sign in the napkin drawer that says to please replace the napkins when they get low, (Basically, "Your mother doesn't work here asshole.") but where are the napkins? I've searched every cabinet and don't see them."

Her: "Oh just go in the bathroom and steal them from there. The cabinets aren't locked so you can just steal stacks of them and then load up the drawer."

LMAO, how's that for saving the department budget?

And for the locals on my f-list - does anyone else think Anna is getting married today along with her trip to the zoo? I have nothing to base this on, but probably any day she takes off work from now on I am going to wonder if they went and got married and then went somewhere fun.

So they are testing the evacuation drill thingy (as if it wasn't just tested the other day when we had the earthquake...) but I have to laugh that the alarm starts off with a recording of a man's voice:

"May I have your attention please. May I have your attention please. A fire has been reported in the building....."

First off, if there is a fire in building, can we just get to the point?

"There's a fire in the building! Get the fuck out NOW!"
